No, we’re not turning into a clone of Giveaway-of-the-Day, but I often get tip-offs from readers on software giveaways, and giveaways seem to be all the rage these days on the Internet.

Lately, it seems, more and more companies are getting into the giveaway game. As a marketing tool, it must be working. I can’t think of a reason why my readers shouldn’t be aware of what’s out there for “free”. So, whenever one of these pops up, I’ll continue to let readers know.
