Nope to Daily Software Giveaway. Took a run over there – and, downloaded today’s giveaway after signing up. A very nice site – much better than Giveaway of the Day. So yeah, you’re right – the battle has been joined.
The other site is a repetition of a number of sites around the web which offer exactly the same set of downloads. And yes, the offerings are entirely legal.
